Combo box error - "Value does not fall within the expected range."

Hi, the following should work surely ?

myCombo.Items.Clear()

....it gives an exception:
"Value does not fall within the expected range."

Are they any workarounds or fixes to clearing a combo box ?

Make sure you are using CF v1.0 SP3 or CF v2.0

Is this combobox databound? Try removing source before clearing.
