I have created 2 prompt queries (Associate report by date and Trays by date)
and prompt reports for each query. I'm trying to combine these prompt
reports into a prompt single report. First I tried to create a subreport in
one of the reports. I went to the design view in the Associate report by
date report and tried to add a subreport in the report footer, since I want
the reports to come one immediately after the other. I created the subreport
and selected the Trays by date report in the subreport wizard. The design
view of the Trays by date report appeared in the report footer. I saved the
Associate report by date report and went to view the report. I was prompted
to enter the date, per prompt of the Associate report by date report, and
then had to enter the date, per prompt of the Trays by date report, numerous
times. Also, the formatting of the report was off. Could anyone give me
suggestions on how to correct this or a new way of creating the report?
