Wow, this is a neat website. I have not been on before, but I thought
might ask a few questions to those of you who really seem to be th
Excel experts! Hopefully you can help.
I'm trying to create a spreadsheet for work for timecards. I have
worksheet for each employee. Each employee works different jobs eac
day and we want to track each jobs labor cost in a summery tab. I wan
to pull the jobs and their hours from each of the employees worksheets
sort the jobs to find those that are alike and then combine the job
that are the same; giving a overall summary for each job. I purchase
the Excel 2003 Formulas book by John Walkenbach. I found two formula
that I thought might work, but have not been able to format them t
work.
Is their anyone that might be able to help before I go into any mor
