Combining Rows in a Mailout

I'm slightly confused but mostly new at using Access, so bear with me.

I've got a run of the mill Access DB with Surname, Firstname, Address,
Location and Postcode fields. I've been able to set it up to print them all
out, fitting their address within the window of a window-faced envelope for
mailing, but my question is how can I combine multiple rows together of
people that live at the same address. For example...

Bruce, Betty & Bob Smith
123 Fake Street
Faketown 1234

.... where three entries are combined togther. I've hunted through the help
files and online, but I guess I'm not sure as to what words I should be
searching for.

What about your data (aside from the address) connects the three folks
together? For Access to combine (i.e., for you to tell Access how to
combine), they need something in common (even if only an address).

By the way, you and I might consider the following addresses to match, but
Access won't!:

123 Fake Street
132 Fake Street
123 Fake St
123 Fake St SW
