Does anyone know a simple process for converting hundreds of GIFs into a WMV?
I am hoping to have them played at about 10fps. I'm not sure if Windows
Movie Maker can do this. Thank you for your help!

Movie Maker can do this easily.

1. Import the GIF into Movie Maker's collection by drag and drop.
2. Go to Tools->Options->Advanced and set the default Picture duration to
..125 s (this is th eminimum you can set it to so it will give 8 pictures per
second.
3. Select all the GIFs by pressing Ctrl-A and drag them to
timeline/storyboard below.
4. Press Ctrl-P (or use menu File->Save Movie As...) and select the options
to save the movie.
