Is it possible to combine three people’s calendars into a composite calendar.
I know you can create a public calendar and then have the people use that
but wondered if it was possible for the people to use their own calendars and
then in addition, for another calendar to pull in the info from the three
people’s personal calendars.

I am using Outlook 2003

As always, any help greatly appreciated.

Any updates to your reply at this time. We are using Outlook 2000 and XP
connected to Exchange Server. My department has 15 to 20 individuals using
Outlooks calendaring tool. I would like to propose a way to have appointments
form the individual calendars automatically update a department wide
calendar. I envision no one being able to write DIRECTLY to teh department
calendar, as it would only update from their individual caledar files.

Thanks

This is a very mature market. Many of these products have been out there for years and constantly evolve. I don't keep up with individual developments and will leave that to your investigations.
