My wife and I each have a laptop and have separate outlook licenses and
calendars. We're taking only 1 laptop on a trip and I want to be able to
move both calendars onto the single laptop and then be able to more 1 of the
calendars back onto the other PC when we return.

Help!

Create a .pst file and copy the calendar to it. Open that .pst file on the
laptop that you will travel with. Do you want to sync the calendars as
well>?

No need to synch the calendars, but if I make changes in the calendar (which
is likely) - how do I get them imported back into the calendar on the system
I left at home? If I import the .pst, won't it appear as a 2nd calendar
rather than my main one?

Copy the .pst file back to the original machine. Open Outlook and view the
calendar in a table view (categories works well for this) select all and
delete. Open the copied .pst, display in the category view, select all and
copy to the calendar FOLDER in the default .pst. Close the copied .pst
file.
