Hi
Can someone please help me.
I have three address fields in an Access data table eg, ‘Add line1’, ‘Town’ and ‘City’ I need to combine these fields into a single address field in the same table eg ‘Address’.
It is important that each field appears below the other and that a hard carriage return is present after each line. Eg
Add line1
Town
City
I know that this means that only the first line of the address will appear in the access field eg ‘Add line1’ and the rest will be hidden. However it is important to have the address in this format for the program I am using.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
