I currently use rules to send out emails for voting between 4
individuals. Currently, I automatically send 15 per day to each of
them and my results are tallied within each message in my sent folder.
Is there a way to view all tallied messages within that folder within
one document. Preferably with the headings: Message, Recipient,
Response.

Basically, I don't want to have to click on each message to view my
tallys, I would just like them all to be presented on one document,
sorted by Message title.

I'm sure there may be some VB involved, I just don't know where the
actual data is being stored on my PC.

Thanks,
Jack

The data is stored on the Exchange server, not on your local drive.

You might want to post this to an Outlook programming group or have a look
at http://www.slipstick.com for a code sample.
