Combine Records on Report Graph

I used the MS Graph Wizard to create a graph on a report based on a query. The query fields are Month, CreditAmount, and NumbOfCredits. The query and report work fine except the report wants to show a different page for every record. If I specify 12 months for the date range I get 12 pages. The pages all have the exact same thing on them. How can I ge
only 1 page to show? Thanks in advance!
 
Try remove the record source from the report.
