combine normal query vs crosstab query

Hello,

How can i create a query where i can combine the 2 tables. One table has the
columnnames in a field and the second table has the columnnames as columns.

I would like to match the two together.

For example in table 1:
fields: tablename (T1), fieldname (q1, q2, q3, etc.), label (question 1,
etc)

In table 2 the fieldnames are the names of records in table1 (q1, q2, q3)

How can i combine this

By "a sample of both tables and the desired result" I meant some actual
sample data (with table and field names) as well as how you expect the
datasheet of the results to be displayed.

I think your base issue is your un-normalized table structure. You might
