Combine multiple records into one field in a Query

Hope you can help, here is what I need to do with alot of data (school
timetable):

Basically I have a Table:
Group - Room - Week - Day
Maths - ABC1 - 7 - Mon
Maths - ABC1 - 8 - Mon
Maths - ABC1 - 9 - Mon
Maths - ABC1 - 7 - Wed
Maths - ABC1 - 9 - Wed

I want a query or something to group and show weeks combined:
Query1: (for the above example, it would only show two records)
Group - Room - Week - Day
Maths - ABC1 - 7,8,9 - Mon
Maths - ABC1 - 7,9 - Wed

I've used the Group By function for the Group, Room and Day fields and the
min and max function to show the week range but it doesn't help when weeks
are skipped ie. Public Holidays etc.
