If you simply wish to attach several images to an
e-mail message...hold your Ctrl key while selecting
the files and then left click the group and from the
menu...choose...Send to / Mail recipient.

If you're referring to a panoramic view, a slide show,
an animated .gif. etc...you'll need some type of an
image editing program.

The freeware IrfanView can combine several
images edge to edge, it can also create a slide
show.

Download IrfanView 3.91
http://irfanview.tuwien.ac.at/
(get the plug-ins too)

If you are creating a panoramic shot that requires
stitching...the following freebie may be useful:

Panorama Factory
http://www.panoramafactory.com/
(ck. the download page for the free version V1.6)

Select the 6 photos (highlight in blue)
Right click on the first photo and click on Send to on the opening menu.
Click on Compressed (zipped) folder.
XP will place the 6 files into a folder in the folder where your 6 files are
located.
The name of the folder will be the same as the name of the first file you
have, but it will have the extension .zip
So if the name of your first image is
Image001.jpg
The new folder containing the 6 files will be
Image001.zip
You can rename this folder to what you want. Right click on it and click on
Rename and name it:
My 6 Photos.zip
If you rename, don't forget that you need .zip
When you click on this folder, the 6 photos will open automatically.
