Columns in Outlook 2007

All of a sudden yesterday some of my columns in Outlook 2007 disappeared.
These include the Subject column. How can I get Outlook back to how it was I
have searched and searched and I cannot find the way to do it

There are many ways. The fastest way would be to start Outlook once with
the /cleanviews command switch, but this will erase all custom views you may
have defined.
