B9 to show “8â€
E9 to show “8â€

I would like:

V8 to show “Hâ€
V9 to show – “24.00â€

Ummm, why not type each one into the cells? V9 would have to either be
formatted as 0.00 or entered with a leading apostrophe: '24.00 and then all
would show as you want.
