all,
I am using access access 2000 in a multiuser environment. I have a
report with a subreport, the subreport has to display 11 columns at once.
when person A opens it up on their machine, it works. when person B opens
it, it seems to reset the print preview - page layout to only display 1
column, wrong paper orientation etc (default settings). Then person A opens
it again and it has kept person B's settings and is unusable. both use the
same default printer.
how do i freeze / set the print layout so that it will not change?
thanks in advance,
Nick
