Column Changes when printing Mailing Labels

I have a customer database and a query which allows me to
set criteria for selection from this database eg by input
date, by customer ref number etc

I have used Labels Wizard to produce a repot based on the
query results. In the labels wizard I chose a particular
manufacturer from the drop down list and a Label size,
which dictates that there will be 3 column printed.

When I first run the report everthing appears ok, however
if I go in and change the criteria within the query, at
some point the printed report changes to one (left hand)
column, insted of 3.

Can anybody help please?
 
Assuming Access 2000, this is a known issue. Install the latest service
packs. A quick, temporary fix is to select Tools|Options|General and uncheck
all Name Autocorrect boxes.
