colum to rows

i have 2 colums of data
ie
col A colB
ALLAN 21
5
3
48
ALBERT 5
9
3
21
how can i re arrange the data in col B to go as
8 21 5 3 48
3 5 9 3 21
as you can immagine with a large database ( some 15000 rows) colum.
can any one suggest a metod whereby i can re-arrange colum B. each
block of data can vary from 2 lines to 20. if it would help a blank row
can be inserted above ALBERT

Copy the data than do a paste special with transpose checked.
