I have a similar issue - I am creating charts in Excel 2007 and copying and
pasting into a PP presentation. The slides look fine as stand alone, but
when I run a slide show, the color in the pie charts disappears. Only the
outline of the chart is there (grayed out), but the data labels and legend
are showing in color.

It's a known bug in PPT 2007.
I don't know if SP2 for Office 2007 fixes it or not, but you might
install
it and see.

When the value of a slice in a pie chart is zero its colour dominates
all
other series when it is viewed in slide show. Is it a normal behavior?
