I have an IF formula which inserts the words "UP" or "DOWN" depending on numbers rising or falling for 4 weeks in a row. I want to colour the UP lettering in green and DOWN in red. Or even better insert arrows with the same colouring.

Can anyone help?

Hi

Have a look at Format / Conditional Formatting. Here is an intro:

For arrows, you could use a Winddings font. Wingdings 3 gives you an up
arrow (#) and a down arrow ($)
