Colour Ink Cartridge not working

I've been trying to print a document with some coloured text however the document prints the Black text but not any of the coloured text. I have tried changing the settings and I have made sure the print is set to colour not just Black. Also the cartridge is full up. Can anyone help???

What application are you using, what model printer? Have you checked the printer's
manufacturer's web site for support documents and updated drivers?
