Colour coding

Is there any way that you can have different colour
coding for different items within the calendar.

Ie. Business meetings in one colour, presentation dates
in another etc etc.

Hello Karen,

different Colors in the calendar are supported up to Outlook 2002 i think,
not in OL2000 or 98.
 
in the calendar grid, only in OL2002.

You can use a table view and automatic formatting with older versions.
 
You can also change the label of what each colour means
by clicking on the calendar, and
then "Edit", "Label", "Edit Label".
