Use tools>message rules>mail>new>in box one you choose the criteria>in box
two 'highlight with colour'> click the link and select a colour.>name the
rule>apply/ok
Thanks for the response, but it does not solve my problem.
I want to be able to colour code threads. Using Message Rules predetermines
all mail with a specific To or Subject etc gets selected. Sometimes people
don't change the Subject line, sometimes only some of the messages with the
same subject line are to be selected.
I want to be able to see my mail in any folder and colour code them
according to my needs. Sometimes I may just want to colour code or flag mail
for response; some to follow different threads etc.
I used to be able to do that with Outlook.
