Colour code for each sales person

Is there any way I can have a colour for each sales person
for my calender so I can identify in my calender at a
glance?
I have tryed everything that I can think of to do this but
am having no luck
 
In Outlook 2002 or 2003, you can assign a limited number of color labels to
appointments in a day/week/month view. In earlier versions, the only
available color coding is in table views.
