i want to change the colors of everything, like the
active window bar, buttons, ect. but it doesn't let me.
Only a few things will change color, like 3D Objects. Is
there any way to completely change all the colors?

The silver color in XP less distracting then the blue or
green color. Silver blends in better with the grey in
internet explorer.
