Colors in diagrams and graphics

How can I instruct PowerPoint (templates?) to always use specific colors when
making diagrams and graphics? I want to set the standard colors myself so
that every time I use a specific template and insert diagram or graphic - it
is filled automatically with the colors I have chosen.

Set your colors using format > slide design > color scheme > edit color scheme

Hello again!

This will change the color for 1 of the diagram graphics; but not for all.
Is it possible to change all the graphics in the diagram - or at least more
than 1??

Maybe someone wil come along that knows better but I think the default for a
diagram (except venn) is always a single colour
