Colored lines and blocks with ATI AIW 9700 Pro

Every now and then I see colored lines and blocks on my desktop or while
playing a game. This can happen when the computer is idle, or busy. It
does go away sometimes for a month or 2. Is this a bad video card? I dont
want to RMA it unless I am sure.

Enclosed is a screen shot of my desktop a while ago.

DO NOT post files/binarys to ANY newsgroup that doesnt contain binary in
its name.
Host the file/pic on a website and provide a link.

your cards either overheating or hasnt enough power, post a bit about
your system and whats been done to it or changed recently.

Possibly the case PSU isnt up to it ? Most ppl need a decent 400w PSU these
days. If you list your hardware drawing current from the PSU (all of it) and
the PSU we could make a better estimate.
