How can I use two different colors to show up in one column? For example, I
need to show one color for time used and one for time remaining in the same
column? Please help!!

If I understand you correctly: let's say you have 3 columns and 5 rows in
your table. Let's say column three will house the information
(used/remaining)...

You'll need to go into each *row* in column 3 and click on "split cell" in
your table tool bar.

Cheryl, I find that the only way I can keep sane and keep from getting
completely frustrated is to ungroup the table. Then I have complete control
over all of the elements. Of course, I lose the qualities that make it a
table, which means I only do this when I am confident that the basic form
and shape of the data is correct. Once I get there, I am oh-so-much more
comfortable manipulating the cells, rows, and columns after I have un-tabled
the table...
