On my computer the color is yellow but on the dell
projector it is green. I Replaced the projector and dell
says they can't help. The instsructions said to go to
file, color management, ICM 2.0 is suppose to be there
but it is not on my computer. How do I find it to make
changes? Is this the right thing to do? how can I get
yellow on my projector to be yellow and not green???

I suspect the ICM color management settings are in the projector software,
as they're certainly not in PPT.

I suppose you could try changing your display settings if your video card or
the projector makes any available. Right-click your desktop, choose
properties, and from there try Settings and the Advanced button on that tab.

As Echo says, PowerPoint doesn't have any color management settings and in fact
it doesn't use the Windows system-level color management tools either.

What happens when you display just your windows desktop or some other
application on the projector? Are the colors also distorted?

What about something that's pure white on your computer screen? What color
does it come out when projected?

If everything coming out of the computer is off-color the same way, perhaps the
projector's misadjusted. Most of them seem to have some sort of color
adjustment features in their setup menus (you'd get to this via the controls on
the projector or its remote control, not from the computer)
