I've installed MICROSOFT WINDOWS 2000 Server, with SP4 and ALL the windows udates and patches . I also install a full 25 user Licenses for Terminal Server support

My clients are using the XP Remote Desktop connection, and I'm setting the colors under the options, display settings to 16k, but the end user connection is only getting 256 colors. Is there a way to fix this problem? The vertical market software that needs at lease 16k support. HELP!

Windows 2000 only support 256 colors in remote desktop
sessions. You need to get Windows Server 2003 to get 16
bit colors.
