Hi,

I have a strange thing happening where imported .eps files
made on a Mac in Adobe Illustrator are the wrong color
once I bring them into Powerpoint on my PC. (Powerpoint
2002)

Has anyone come across this and know what the solution is?

Thanks!

Laura

Laura,

Do you have adobe illustrator set to "color manage" or "color correct"?
If so turn it off as powerpoint does not have any kind of color management.

Are you working in RGB in illustrator?
That's what powerpoint prefers

If you're working in CMYK or Pantone, then the colors will quite likely look
different, as they get translated to RGB for display in PowerPoint. They
should print to a PostScript printer as expected. For on-screen use, you
might get more predictable results by exporting from Illo as a PNG or WMF if
it'll do that.
