I am using 2003. The org charts were developed in Microsoft Organization
Chart that we have included with PowerPoint, which may have been a PP
add-in.
When we open a chart in PP, and click in the crart area, the chart area is
outlined by 8 dots. we then double click on the chart area and Microsoft
Organization Chart open the chart area in Object mode - Object is what
appears at the top of the window. Object mode is where we define the
details
of the chart, reporting relationships, box outline style & color, box
color,
etc.
We maintain about 30 charts in about 7 files and we recently added a new
color to identify a type of chart change. Two of files have different
color
pallets and I need for all of our charts to have the same identical color.
How do I get the same color pallet across all 30 charts/files?

Can you clarify what you mean by "in object mode"? Are you talking VBA or
something else?
Which version of PowerPoint? How did you insert the org chart?
