Color Codes

I have a color deficiency which means when I select colors from a set I
am not sure what color it is. Can anyone tell me where I can access a
color table where I can enter the color I want (say silver) and get the
4 digets associated with that color. At least I think it is 4 digets.

In the Common Color box, there are boxes where you can enter the RGB value or see the
RGB value of selected color.
 
Do you mean a text table as in

Blue
Red
Yellow

or an actual color table as in the links that were provided in the other
answers?
