Collated Printing Problem

I have a user in my office that is unable to print Collated copies from his computer. It is not a hardware issue because I was able to print collated copies from my computer. I have tried removing and reinstalling the printer on his computer, but it still prints multiple uncollated copies. Has anyone experienced this problem or know what may be causing it?
 
Similar situation, upgraded win98 to XP and t HP4000laser
no longer will collate. Found that an upgrade in prtr.
hdware memory or a HD for this prtr will work, but t
customer added, 'it worked before t upgrade'. Actively
searching for a software solution. Must verify that t
drivers are updated. Any other suggestions?
