collapsible list with hyper links

Is there a way to provide collapsible list with hyepr links on each list
item, so that when use click on list, list can expand or collapse as well as
refresh right side of page with hyper link content.
 
Thanks for your help. I browsed through many scripts on the url you
suggested. Can you be specific which one will be suited to my question. Your
