Collapsible Headings

Does anyone know how to insert collapsible headings within a word document? I see that the Word 2003 help files use collaspible headings and we often use them within our Lotus Notes email. Some of my friends call them "twisties" since the heading is often preceded by a small triangle that points to the right when closed and points downward when the heading is opened up (thus displaying all the text within the collapsible heading

You can get something similar if you define the paragraph
styles for the text that you want to be able to show and
hide as "hidden".

While it is true that one can hide the paragraphs by defining as "hidden", however this method requires one to activate the show/hidden button to reveal the paragraphs. This isn't intuitive to a reader (as opposed to the author). This method lacks the small icon off to the left of the paragraphs to toggle showing/hiding the text. Any other suggestions?

Tell people to read in Outline View? It does collapsible headings with a
"plus" and "minus" to click next to the heading.
