Collapse and expand bulleted lists on a slide

Many of us use PPT to display heirarchical lists on a slide..those
bullet points. For some uses nested (and indented) bulleted points
are appropriate. Is there a way to hide and unhide the nested bulleted
items on a slide under any specific item(s)? (as one can collapse and
expand the rows in an Excel outline
