Cofiguring Outlook 2003 for Hotmail

I have upgraded to Hotmail Premium so that I could retrieve email using
Outlook. I have setup Outlook as specified but always get "invalid login"
whenever I try to download email. I have checked and double checked my user
name, email address, and password. Nothing seems to work.
I have also tried using Outlook Express with the same results.
Any suggestions?

Since you pay MSN for the account, write to their support staff.
