Hello I would like to know where I can get all the CODECS
in the world :) Well lots of them anyway... Its just that
I have a few films on my machine some DIVX some AVI all
sorts of wierd and wonderful file types. So please could
someone point me in the direction of lots of CODECS

CODEC pack from Microsoft and that has helped a little but

Any input is greatly appreciated.

If you're running 6.4 then you're not using XP (which ships with 8 natively
and 9 is available for download) and (someone correct me if I'm wrong) I
don't believe anything lower can be installed.

Also, what has this to do with hardware?!

The older MPlayer2.exe (6.4x) shows up on this virgin XP install.
