Codecs

I had to have a codec downloaded automatically, which it did, but I think my
virus program (or maybe just my dumb computer) is keeping it from being
installed. I can't import video because of this. Any suggestions?

If the file is not one that MM can import natively, then installing codecs
rarely works.
