Some of our customers are getting an error of Codec 161
when upgrading to WMP9. As of yet we have been unable to
determine what is causing this problem. We have attempted
to walk them through a rip and reinstall of the WMP and on
some this fixes the problem, on others it does not.
The files they are downloading from us are secure wma
format. Has anyone else seen this issue and know of a
cause and possible solution? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
