Code39 TTF file install issue

We have a population of PCs that we're having trouble
installing a TTF file on (Code39 barcode). The font does
not automatically install when dropped into the
WINNT/FONT folder. When opening the font folder, there
is no "Install New Font" option in the File drop-down.
Any ideas on this?

The font you are using may not meet the requirement of TTF
specification so it does not work on all environment. I suggest you
purchase a quality font such as Morovia
Code39(http://www.morovia.com/font/).
