Code behind a form

I am trying to create a contact management form in Access. On my form I want the phone number section to display and work like Outlook does—that is:

Business (123) 456-7899
​

Home (333) 444-6666
​

Business Fax (___) ___-____
​

Mobile (888) 888-0000
​

I have tried it with combo boxes, text boxes, subforms link to unbound boxes, and so on. What I have doesn’t work properly. Therefore, I was trying to find out the code.



Do anyone have any suggestions on where to look on how to set it up?
