Code 41 error

After installing the software for a new key board I
get the above error saying the software was installed
yet can not recognize the hardware. Troubleshooting
did not help. Any ideas?
 
Hello

Make sure that the software you installed supports your OS
and also try going to the maker of that product website and
maybe looking for updated drivers.
