A Code 28 usual occurs when a driver has been partially delete or a driver
installation failed. Please download and install the latest driver for your
video adapter. If you need help finding the latest driver please reply with
the name of your video card or send a copy of your dxdiag to
(e-mail address removed) and I should be able to point you in the right
direction.
Steps to create a copy of your Dxdiag:
1. Click the start menu
2. Click on "run"
3. Type "dxdiag" and press enter
4. Click on the "save_all_information" button
5. Save the file to your harddrive and attach dxdiag.txt to the mail
