COA

Hi,

I bought a winxp pro distribution cd and it did not come
with the COA. Can I buy license copy of the coa to use with
the cd?

No.
You need to get the COA from the seller.
If you can not get the COA from the seller, you did not buy a Windows
XP CD, instead you bought a coaster
