i had to reinstall windows xp and now it has to be reactivated the number coming up is invalid. p/n is5w623. I need my product number can i locate it anywhere in my computer.
If XP came installed on your computer the Product Key should be on a sticker
on the back or bottom of the case. If you have a retail copy of XP the
Product Key is on an orange sticker inside the folder the CD came in. The
Product Key is 25 characters long, in five groups of five characters each.
Be sure you don't mistake a 0 (zero) for a O, a 1(one) for a I, a B for a 8,
etc.
