Flo,
We might lose this sale!!
Just found this out
Now I have to go get a Certificate Of Occupancy (CO) from the city so they
can inspect the apt. prior to sale.
I have no idea how long this will take, I'll go to city hall tomorrow.
I an leaving for vacation on June 25 until around July 12.

Ah man, I hope "Flo" wasn't counting on that sale.

Oh well have a good vacation (and learn where you're sending you
email)
