Hello,

I'm currently using Outlook Express 6 as my e-mail client, but I've been
asked to look into the usefulness of Outlook.

Before I begin the process, I'd like to know if I can install Outlook on the
same machine without damaging the current functionality of the
already-existing OE6?

By the way, the version of Outlook that I'll be installing (because we've
got the license for it) is Outlook '97 (or, at least, the version that came
with Office '97 Pro)...will that create any problems for me?

Sincerely,
Don Hicks

No, they can run side by side as they are different programs.

However I strongly suggest you upgrade to a newer version of Outlook though
as Outlook 97 isn't secure enough anymore and is unsupported. Total
functionality of the package is also heavily outdated.
