CntrlPanel-Program -Turn Wind. Feat. comes blank ??

The dialog box for "Turn Windows Features on or off" comes up blank.
So can't make any changes ?

Right-click on your Desktop and select New > Shortcut.
In the dialog box type:

C:\Windows\System32\OptionalFeatures.exe

and click Next and Finish.
